Registration

Registration includes lunch and coffee breaks, as well as a reception fee for those registering for the first two days or all three days (breakfast is included in the accommodation fee). Registration will only be accepted after payment of the registration fee.

Registration fees

• For days 1-2: full price: 45.000 HUF, for Phd. students: 31.000 HUF
• Day 3: full price: 18.000 HUF, for Phd. students: 12.000 HUF
• for all three days: full price: 55.000 HUF, for Phd. students: 38.000 HUF

The expected number of participants is 120 because of the capacity of the venue.

Fee for accommodation

• 2 or more persons / room: 13.000 HUF per  person / night
• 1 person / room: 20.000 HUF per  person / night

Tourist tax 450 HUF.
Dinner buffet: 6500 HUF

Accommodation and dinner are optional and payable separately on the spot. Please indicate your request for accommodation and dinner on the registration form so that we can forward it to the venue.

The hotel has closed parking. Parking is free of charge.
